What is your replacement policy?

Pharmacon is committed to providing the best online shopping experience for our customers. We always ensure that quality checks are conducted before the products are delivered and will put in our utmost effort to make sure that the items delivered to you are correct and of good condition.

All products sold on our online store are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable. However, in the rare event that the following occurs, we will be happy to provide a replacement for your item:

  • Defective item received
  • Incorrect item from the initial order received
  • Expired item received
  • Item missing

If any of the above situations occur, please contact us within 7 days upon receiving your order to be eligible for an item replacement. You may contact us by phone at 67418500 or by email at sales@pharmacon.com.sg.

Please note that the item must be in its original purchase condition, with the original invoice as proof of purchase, in order to qualify for an item replacement. All item replacement requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by our customer care team, subject to approval.
